As a certified training company, we offer you a company-based apprenticeship at the highest level. Many of our top executives have completed their apprenticeship with us. Your chances are good: every year, we take on the majority of our trainees after they graduate.

Our trainees of today are our specialists and managers of tomorrow. We have been focussing on our own young talents for many years. The majority of trainees decide to stay with us after their apprenticeship, and many of them can be found in management positions with us today.
After a successful completion of your apprenticeship, you can continue your training with us to get your master’s certificate, become a technician or business administrator. Would you like to study after finishing your apprenticeship? For many professions at LINHARDT, there is the possibility of a subsequent (dual) study programme.
Your contact persons will always be on hand to provide you with advice and assistance. They will support you in your personal and professional development.
Practical learning: Our trainees are in constant contact with each other across locations and realise joint projects independently.
You will receive an allowance to cover the cost of travelling to the vocational school and, if necessary, accommodation costs.
Trainee excursions, get-to-know-you days and joint evenings are part of the LINHARDT training programme and promote cohesion.
